We had low water pressure. Scott replaced the pump, pip and wire, chlorinated the well.

Scott not only diagnosed the problem he showed me in detail what he was doing. He ran into a huge problem the old pump was stuck and part of it broke off. If he could not dislodge the pump that meant a new well! But not only did he tell me the cost of either pushing the stuck pump down to the bottom of the well (not an easy feat much less money) or replacing the well (much more money) he worked very hard for the first outcome. He stand at 10:30am and finished at 6:00pm. He was so very professional and did not give up even when it looked like the pump was not going to move!! !

His work was so appreciated because if we would of needed a new well my husband and I would not of been able to go home to Cleveland to visit our family for the holidays. We had a pet sitter coming the next day and she would not have been able to stay with no water.
